Sr. Carol Keehan, DC, CHA president and chief executive officer, and Dr. Rod Hochman, president and chief executive officer of Providence St. Joseph Health, are guests on CHA's first podcast. Hochman is chair of the CHA Board of Trustees. Sr. Carol and Hochman discuss the potential for disruption in the health care sector brought on by advances in technology and megadeals.

The first episode of "Catholic Health USA," a new monthly podcast that explores topics relevant to the Catholic health care ministry, is now available.

The episode focuses on the opioid epidemic and features a discussion with Dr. Fred Rottnek, a professor and director of community medicine in Saint Louis University School of Medicine's Department of Family and Community Medicine.

The podcasts are another way for CHA to share insights and information with its members and the public.

Each episode will run about 30 minutes and delve into timely issues, providing listeners with perspectives from thought leaders.
