We who serve the Catholic health ministry are called to continue Jesus' mission of love and healing in the world today. The season of Advent invites us to draw inward with quiet and reflective expectation while the world around us frenzies us in pursuit of 'the holidays.' Advent calls us to question how joy can be experienced in a world torn by division, war, oppression, hardship, confusion, chaos, and all of the other anxieties of daily living. It is in these tensions we invite you to walk an Advent journey with us and find inspiration in our shared call to be God's love revealed in the world.
