I cannot remember my password, what do I do?
Use the forgot password page to reset your password. You will need to provide your email address and then follow the directions to reset your password. If you have difficulties with the "forgot password" feature, please contact [email protected].
Does CHA automatically send usernames and passwords to members?
No. CHA does not automatically generate website logins. Members are asked to sign up online using our online registration form.
Who qualifies for access to the CHA member content and pricing?
Access to member content and pricing is restricted to those who work in a CHA member organization or Catholic diocesan office. If you are not sure if you qualify, please contact [email protected].
I just created a new web account. I can get member pricing but not access to member-only content on CHAUSA.org. Is something wrong?
Our system is set up to grant you access to member pricing upon your creating an account. However, due to the nature of how CHA membership is determined, our staff needs to review each new account individually before granting member-only content access on CHAUSA.org. Reviews can take a couple of hours up to 24 hours maximum during normal business hours. If you experience issues or delays, please contact [email protected].
I’m not a member of CHA – do I still need a login to register for meetings and make purchases?
If you are not a CHA member, you still have the ability to create a web account, which is required to perform an online transaction. With a web account, you can have your information pre-populated when logged in, saving you time. You will also have the ability to access your order history of meeting registrations and product purchases.
What kind of content is available to members only that is not available to the public?
The member website contains exclusive content, resources and web-based features, including e-learning modules, online collaboration sites and member directories. However, we do share a good portion of content with the public, including our publications Health Progress and Catholic Health World.
