The primary goal of ethics is to foster right relationships — whether with God, ourselves, or our community. Ethicists help in this endeavor by serving as a guide to patients, colleagues and the broader ministry.
The purpose of the Theology and Ethics Colloquium is to equip ethicists to address key challenges in the Catholic health care ministry, including AI, workforce burnout and well-being, and financial payment structures. Through networking and sharing best practices, the program will strengthen the community committed to ethical health care leadership.
