Focus Areas Mission

CHA offers a wealth of resources, including webinars and in-person programs, to support mission leaders in stewarding the ministry's mission, values, and Catholic identity, continuing Jesus' mission of love and healing in the world today.

Mission leaders help navigate clinical and operational challenges in their organizations through the lens of our Catholic identity, inviting all associates to understand their part in carrying out the mission. They come steeped in a deep understanding of Catholic social teaching and tradition, and the desire to help those working in Catholic health care to integrate the mission and values of the organization into every interaction with patients, families, caregivers, co-workers and the community. CHA supports mission leaders with a variety of tools, resources, programs and gatherings to stay informed and connected across our ministry.
