Healthcare Volunteer Week is observed the third full week in April.
God, giver of all gifts,
our healthcare ministry requires many hands and feet and hearts.
Without all these co-workers our labor in your name could not succeed.
Our ministry includes many volunteers who are drawn to us
because we are drawn to you, to your healing mission in this broken, beloved world.
Without our volunteers our work would be so much harder,
and our patients would miss more of your healing touch.
And so we thank you for our volunteers,
for the many gifts that they bring to us and to our patients.
Strengthen them in their lives with us and with you,
now and forever.
