Swope replaces Kim Day, who is retiring.

NAME CHANGE
St. Ignatius Nursing Home in Philadelphia has changed its name to St. Ignatius Nursing & Rehab Center.

Essentia Health - St. Mary's Medical Center in Duluth, Minn., 125 years.
