Rand O'Leary is stepping down as chief executive of the Oregon region of PeaceHealth, effective April 20.

Facilities within Bon Secours Health System of Marriottsville, Md., have announced these changes: Paul Gaden to chief executive of Bon Secours Maryview Medical Center in Portsmouth, Va., and Bon Secours DePaul Medical Center in Norfolk, Va. He was chief executive of Providence Portland Medical Center in Portland, Ore., and of Providence's eastern Oregon region. Gaden also will be executive leader for surgical services across Bon Secours Virginia to coordinate services statewide. Gaden replaces John Barrett, who has retired as chief executive of Bon Secours DePaul Medical Center. Kathryn Shiplett Knight to administrator for Bon Secours Maryview Nursing Care Center of Suffolk, Va., from interim administrator.

Facilities within CHRISTUS Health of Irving, Texas, have made these changes: David LeMonte to president of CHRISTUS Spohn Hospital Corpus Christi – Memorial and CHRISTUS Spohn Hospital Corpus Christi – Shoreline, both in Corpus Christi, Texas. He was president of CHRISTUS Spohn Hospital Alice in Alice, Texas, and CHRISTUS Spohn Hospital Kleberg in Kingsville, Texas. Thomas McKinney will replace LeMonte as president of the Alice and Kingsville facilities, effective April 9. McKinney was administrator of CHRISTUS St. Michael Hospital in Atlanta, Texas.

Mark Herzog has retired as president and chief executive of Holy Family Memorial in Manitowoc, Wis. Brett Norell will be interim chief executive of the facility until Herzog's replacement is named. Norell is vice president of finance/chief financial officer of Holy Family's parent, Franciscan Sisters of Christian Charity Sponsored Ministries of Manitowoc.

ADMINISTRATIVE CHANGES

CHI St. Vincent in Little Rock, Ark., has made these changes: Sara Bradley to vice president of finance and Forrest Whichard to vice president of operations.

Sommer Miller to vice president of strategy development and improvement for HSHS Sacred Heart Hospital of Eau Claire, Wis., and HSHS St. Joseph's Hospital of Chippewa Falls, Wis.
