Joe Mark to interim chief executive for the PeaceHealth Oregon Network. He was interim senior vice president and area manager for two Kaiser Foundation hospitals in California. He is a director with WolfCreek Partners Group, a consulting firm. PeaceHealth Oregon is conducting a national search for a permanent chief executive.

Keith Vander Kolk to health system president and chief executive of Ascension's Baltimore and Washington, D.C., ministry market, which includes Saint Agnes Healthcare in Baltimore and Providence Health System in Washington, D.C. Vander Kolk was president and chief executive for Saint Agnes. His role now includes oversight of Providence. Ascension also is realigning the Saint Agnes and Providence leadership teams for regional unity in its operations: Chris A. Chekouras will lead Saint Agnes' day-to-day operations in his new role as president and chief operating officer. He was chief operating officer. Eugenia Powell will be responsible for day-to-day management of Providence in her new role as administrator and vice president, patient care services. She was Providence chief quality officer.

Facilities within Trinity Health of Livonia, Mich., have made these changes: Michael S. Finegan to president of acute care for St. Peter's Health Partners of Albany, N.Y. The new position combines the president of acute care positions for St. Peter's facilities in Albany and Troy, N.Y. Finegan was senior vice president of performance excellence for Trinity Health. And, Dr. Michael Magro Jr. to president of Nazareth Hospital of Philadelphia, from vice president of medical affairs. Magro succeeds Nancy Cherone, who is retiring. Also, Dr. Edward O'Dell will replace Magro as vice president, medical affairs.

Facilities within Hospital Sisters Health System of Springfield, Ill., have announced these changes: Justin Selle to president and chief executive of HSHS St. Nicholas Hospital in Sheboygan, Wis., from chief executive of Pike County Memorial Hospital in Louisiana, Mo. And, Joan Coffman has resigned as president and chief executive of HSHS St. Mary's Hospital in Decatur, Ill., to become president and chief executive at St. Tammany Parish Hospital in Covington, La. E. J. Kuiper, president and chief executive of HSHS Central Illinois Division Hospitals, now is interim president and chief executive of St. Mary's.
