Providence Health & Services, Southern California, Los Angeles, has announced the following changes: Kerry Carmody to retire as regional chief operating officer, Providence Health & Services, Southern California, and interim chief executive, Providence Saint Joseph Medical Center, Burbank, Calif.; and Michael Rembis to chief executive, Providence Saint Joseph Medical Center, from president and chief executive, Hollywood Presbyterian Medical Center, Los Angeles.
Susan Davis to president and chief executive, Sacred Heart Health System, Pensacola, Fla., from interim president and chief executive.
John Flanders to president and chief executive of St. Mary's Hospital, Streator, Ill., from chief operating officer of Providence Willamette Falls Medical Center, Oregon City, Ore. He replaces Brian Dietz, interim president and chief executive.
Tammy Powell to president, Bone and Joint Hospital at St. Anthony of Oklahoma City, and executive vice president of St. Anthony Hospital, Oklahoma City, from executive vice president and chief operating officer of St. Anthony. She replaces Chad Aduddell, who now will serve as chief executive and administrator of St. Vincent Infirmary Medical Center, Little Rock, Ark.
Dr. James K. Reed to president and chief executive of St. Peter's Health Partners, Albany, N.Y., from president. He assumes the chief executive role from Steven Boyle, who is retiring.
OBITUARIES
Mark L. Lane, president and chief executive of Fidelis Care, Rego Park, N.Y., died July 22, at age 60.
Msgr. Joseph Tash, former director of community relations, St. Anthony's Hospital, Amarillo, Texas, died May 21, at age 77.
