On New Year's Day, CHA began the "Hear Us, Heal Us" campaign to gather and then share prayers from around the ministry. The association has asked Catholic health care providers to submit prayers for the healing of patients and communities, and prayers that honor caregivers and the care they deliver. Hear Us, Heal Us leads up to World Day of the Sick on Feb. 11.
Members of the ministry already have shared dozens of prayers, rituals, reflections, graces and blessings with CHA. CHA is posting submissions at chausa.org/HearUsHealUs. The association also is emailing selected prayers from the collection to the ministry each week through the end of the campaign. CHA is sharing the prayers on Facebook and on Twitter under the hashtag #HearUsHealUs and is encouraging others to spread the prayers through social media as well.
Submissions should be emailed to [email protected].
