Providence Health & Services, of Renton, Wash., has made these changes: Michael Blauer to chief executive for Providence Seaside Hospital, Seaside, Ore., from chief executive of Morrow County Health District, Heppner, Ore. He replaces Krista Farnham, who now is chief operations officer at Providence Portland Medical Center, Portland, Ore. Also, Dr. Bernard Klein, to chief executive of Providence Holy Cross Medical Center, Mission Hills, Calif., from chief medical officer and interim chief executive, Providence Holy Cross. He replaces Larry Bowe, who now serves at Providence Health & Services, Southern California.
Dr. Richard Boehler to president and chief executive of St. Joseph Healthcare in Nashua, N.H., from chief medical officer for Emeryville, Calif.-based MedeAnalytics.
