Jim Reber retired as president and chief executive, St. Rita's Health Partners, Lima, Ohio, to serve as a consultant on new health care initiatives for Ohio hospitals.

Craig Marks to president, Mark Twain St. Joseph's Hospital, San Andreas, Calif., from president and chief executive, Western Missouri Medical Center, Warrensburg, Mo.

ADMINISTRATIVE CHANGES

Patricia Cassidy to chief strategy officer, Alexian Brothers Health System, Arlington Heights, Ill.

Hospital Sisters Health System Eastern Wisconsin Division, Green Bay, Wis., has made the following changes: Larry Connors to chief operating officer for both St. Mary's Hospital Medical Center and St. Vincent Hospital of Green Bay, and Tom Bayer to senior vice president of regional development, Eastern Wisconsin Division.

Timm Glover to chief mission and ministry officer, Saint Thomas Health, Nashville, Tenn.

Essentia Health, Duluth, Minn., has made the following changes: Dan McGinty to executive vice president of the hospital division and administrator of Essentia Health – St. Mary's Medical Center, Duluth, and Sandra "Mac" McCarthy to chief nursing officer, Essentia Health.

Lois Lane to vice president of mission integration in emerging markets, Catholic Health Initiatives, Englewood, Colo.

Jerry Rumph to vice president of diagnostic imaging and therapeutic services, SSM Health Care – St. Louis.

Providence Hospital, Mobile, Ala., has made the following changes: William Mitchell to environmental services director, and Bob Thompson to facilities management director.

GRANT

Providence Health & Services – Oregon Region, Portland, Ore., has received a $500,000 grant from Safeway employees and customers for breast cancer awareness and to support research at Providence Cancer Center.
