Mark Benz to market chief executive of Tucson, Ariz.-based Carondelet Health Network, which includes Carondelet St. Joseph's, Carondelet St. Mary's and Carondelet Holy Cross hospitals in the Tucson area. He was chief executive of Carondelet St. Joseph's. He remains in that role and also becomes chief executive of Carondelet St. Mary's.
Patricia L. Fischer to president and chief executive of HSHS St. Elizabeth's Hospital in O'Fallon, Ill., from interim president and chief executive.
ADMINISTRATIVE CHANGES
Mona Chadha to chief strategy officer for the Bay Area service area of San Francisco-based Dignity Health. That service area includes California's Dominican Hospital in Santa Cruz, Sequoia Hospital in Redwood City, and St. Mary's Medical Center and Saint Francis Memorial Hospital in San Francisco.
PeaceHealth of Vancouver, Wash., has made these changes: Coleen Carey to senior vice president of marketing and communications and Dr. Mark Hallett to senior vice president and chief medical officer.
Betty Jo Rocchio to chief nursing optimization officer for the Mercy system of Chesterfield, Mo.

GRANTS/GIFTS
PeaceHealth Peace Harbor Medical Center of Florence, Ore., has received a three-year, roughly $600,000 Rural Health Care Services Outreach grant from the Health Resources and Services Administration of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services. The medical center will use the grant to expand access to behavioral health services for children and teens by establishing two community health and wellness resource centers.
NAME CHANGES
Oklahoma facilities within the SSM Health system have changed their names to include the system's moniker. The new names are: SSM Health St. Anthony Hospital – Oklahoma City; SSM Health Bone & Joint Hospital at St. Anthony; SSM Health St. Anthony South; SSM Health St. Anthony Healthplex; SSM Health St. Anthony Hospital – Shawnee; and SSM Health Medical Group. All of the renamed hospitals are in Oklahoma City, except for the Shawnee, Okla., hospital. Three healthplexes are in Oklahoma City, and one in Mustang, Okla.
