PRESIDENTS/CEOS
Dr. Brian Davidson to president of St. Mary's Medical Center in Grand Junction, Colo., from interim president and chief medical officer.

James L. Woodward to president and chief executive of St. Mary Medical Center of Langhorne, Pa., effective in mid-July. He was president and chief executive of Elliot Health System in Manchester, N.H.

Pam Robertson has resigned as president and chief executive of CHRISTUS Spohn Health System in Corpus Christi, Texas, effective July 31. Dominic Dominguez will oversee CHRISTUS Spohn on an interim basis until a new president and chief executive is identified. Dominguez is CHRISTUS Health senior vice president of operations for the CHRISTUS Spohn region and CHRISTUS Santa Rosa Health System of San Antonio region.

ADMINISTRATIVE CHANGES
Mike Mullins to senior vice president, Ascension Health/Kansas ministry market executive, effective July 1. He will have responsibility for Via Christi Health of Wichita, Kan.

Dr. Kia Parsi to chief medical officer for CHI St. Joseph Health, Bryan, Texas.

Julie Edmunds Smith to director of finance at St. Joseph's Health, Syracuse, N.Y.

John J. Gennetti to executive director of philanthropy for St. Joseph Hospital of Nashua, N.H.

GIFTS AND GRANTS
St. Joseph Health of Irvine, Calif., plans to provide $1 million in grants to 33 nonprofit organizations to address basic needs of people who are hungry and homeless. The funds will benefit recipients in California's Orange County; High Desert communities; and Sonoma, Napa and Humboldt counties.

Drs. David Marc Tan Creti and Rose Mary 
Mason are donating their Crawford County Clinic building in Denison, Iowa, to St. Anthony Regional Hospital of Carroll, Iowa. The clinic property is valued at $351,000. The physicians and their staff will continue to serve patients at that clinic.
