PRESIDENT

Dr. Marc Gunter to the new position of system-wide president of Mercy Clinic, a physician organization made up of more than 2,100 primary care and specialty physicians and 1,200 other providers connected with Chesterfield, Mo.-based Mercy. Gunter was senior vice president and chief operating officer of Mercy Clinic.

ADMINISTRATIVE CHANGES

Providence St. Joseph Health Southern California has a new executive structure that provides leadership across three Southern California counties. Related promotions and changes include:

  • Susan Dolbert to chief development officer, philanthropy, Los Angeles, and she will help form a Southern California philanthropy council.
  • Amanda Ferrari to chief development officer, philanthropy, Orange County/High Desert. She will help to form a Southern California philanthropy council. She continues as vice president, estate and gift planning for Providence St. Joseph Health.
  • Sr. Nancy Jurecki, OP, to chief mission officer, expanding her role geographically to now cover Southern California.
  • Prub "P.K." Khurana to chief strategy officer and chief executive, Providence Health Network. He'll lead development of strategy across Southern California.
  • Mary Leahy to vice president, chief human resources officer, with a focus on the Orange County/High Desert service area.
  • Gail Lindsay to chief quality officer.
  • Dave Mast will continue as chief executive, Medical Foundations, Los Angeles.
  • Steve Mohr will continue as chief financial officer, Los Angeles service area.
  • Lee Penrose to interim chief financial officer and chief operations officer, Orange County/High Desert. He is slated to step down from this role in April.
  • Rosie Perez to senior vice president, mission integration for Southern California.
  • Pam Stahl to group vice president/chief human resources officer, an expansion of her role.
  • Syl Trepanier to chief clinical executive.
  • Dr. Andre Vovan to chief clinical effectiveness officer, expanding his role to cover the organization's Southern California operations.
  • Lisa Weaver to chief integration and external relations officer.

Kristi Henderson to vice president, patient access and care delivery transformation, for Ascension Healthcare, the health care delivery subsidiary of St. Louis-based Ascension.

Melissa Samuelson to vice president and chief nursing officer of Mercy Health's East Market, which includes Mercy Health — Anderson Hospital in Cincinnati and Mercy Health — Clermont Hospital in Batavia, Ohio.

Janie Wade to executive vice president and chief financial officer of SCL Health, Broomfield, Colo.

Nicki Gamet to administrator for Mercy Hospital Aurora in Aurora, Mo., and Mercy Hospital Cassville in Cassville, Mo.
