Kevin J. Slavin to president and chief executive of St. Joseph's Healthcare System of Paterson, N.J., from president and chief executive at East Orange General Hospital, East Orange, N.J. Slavin will succeed William A. McDonald, who is retiring at year's end.

Darlene G. Stephenson to chief executive of Bon Secours Mary Immaculate Hospital, Newport News, Va., from vice president of operations.

Kathy A. Young to president and chief executive of Borgess Health, Kalamazoo, Mich., from president of St. Joseph Hospital in Kokomo, Ind. She succeeds Paul Spaude, who 
has retired.

Gary P. Miller will retire as president and chief executive of CHI St. Alexius Health, Bismarck, N.D., 
on April 15.

PeaceHealth of Vancouver, Wash., has made these changes: Tim Herrmann to chief administrative officer of PeaceHealth Cottage Grove Community Medical Center, Cottage Grove, Ore.; and Joanne Olson to chief administrative officer for PeaceHealth Southwest Medical Center in Vancouver and chief nursing officer for PeaceHealth Southwest Medical Center and PeaceHealth St. John Medical Center in Longview, Wash.

KentuckyOne Health of Louisville, Ky., has made these changes: David Cook to chief operating officer of the Louisville market of the KentuckyOne Health Medical Group; and David Joos to vice president of access management and transitions of care for KentuckyOne Health.

Mark Skaja to vice president of mission and spiritual care, Mercy Health of Cincinnati.
