CommonSpirit Health pairs with Whoopi Goldberg to launch All Women's Sports Network

Whoopi Goldberg promotes the launch of the All Women's Sports Network that she co-founded in a video posted on the network's website. CommonSpirit Health has signed on as the network's premiere brand partner in the United States.

 

 

CommonSpirit Health has teamed up with actress and TV host Whoopi Goldberg to launch theĀ All Women's Sports Network, the first global media channel dedicated exclusively to showcasing women's sports.

The channel premiered in the United States on Nov. 13 on VIZIO WatchFree+ channel 1367. It is available in 65 countries with a reach of more than 2 billion people.

Chicago-based CommonSpirit Health has signed on as the network's premiere brand partner in the United States. Goldberg co-founded the network with JungoTV.

"It will be the home for live women's sports, and we have everything, from soccer, basketball, tennis, volleyball, judo, cricket and more," Goldberg said on ABC's "The View." "The channel will also promote women's health and wellness with the help of our partner CommonSpirit Health, who really looks after women in particular."
