Holy Cross Hospital, Silver Spring, Md., has announced a realignment through which it has created Holy Cross Health of Silver Spring and three operating divisions, one each for Holy Cross Hospital, Holy Cross Germantown Hospital and Holy Cross Health Network. Related executive changes include: Kevin Sexton to president and chief executive of Holy Cross Health and of the Maryland Region of Holy Cross' parent Trinity Health of Novi, Mich., from president and chief executive of Holy Cross Hospital; Judith Rogers to president of Holy Cross Hospital, from senior vice president of operations; and Gary Vogan to president, Holy Cross Health Network, from a Holy Cross Hospital administrator involved with reimbursement reform and physician and insurance linkages. Holy Cross Health is recruiting a president for Holy Cross Germantown Hospital. The changes are effective Nov. 1.

John W. Werner to chief executive/administrator at Oakland Mercy Hospital and Clinics in Oakland, Neb., from chief operations officer, Siouxland Medical Education Foundation, Sioux City, Iowa. Roger Lenz will continue to serve as interim chief executive until Werner's arrival on Oct. 22.
