Join CHA and ministry colleagues to learn about the findings of the in-depth ministry formation study conducted in the Fall of 2024. The study included qualitative and quantitative surveys and data collected on senior leadership formation programs across the ministry. This process builds on the 2022 mission leader survey, where formation emerged as both the top activity demanding respondents’ time and a key area of growth for mission leaders.
