Spiritual/Pastoral Care Dialogue

Whole-Person Care is for Colleagues, Too: Fostering a Spiritually Supportive Culture

April 29, 2025
1 to 2:15 p.m. ET

In the healing ministry of Catholic health care, we are called to faithfully uphold the dignity of every person as a child of God: body, mind and spirit. Often, our commitment to whole-person care focuses on patients and their families, but what about clinicians and other co-workers? How can we support meaning-making regardless of one’s spirituality? How does our tradition inspire us to spiritually support all those who serve?

Join us as we explore how a spiritually supportive culture enlivens our healing ministry and ensures our core commitments. Stories from national, training, and clinical perspectives will demonstrate the power of the spirit to bridge divides.
