Critical Conversations:
Catholic Health Care — Disruptor and Innovator

Feb. 12-13, 2020
The Ritz-Carlton, Atlanta

Every other year, the Catholic Health Association offers an invitation-only opportunity for system CEOs, sponsors, and system mission leaders to meet and discuss emerging critical topics in Catholic health care.

In 2020, CHA will host Critical Conversations: Catholic Health Care — Disruptor and Innovator, Feb. 12 – 13 at The Ritz-Carlton, Atlanta. Please note: The deadline has passed for CHA’s room rate of $209 for Critical Conversations 2020 at The Ritz-Carlton, Atlanta. You may still reserve a room at the hotel but the discounted rate may or may not be available at the discretion of the hotel..

This program will highlight how Catholic health has historically been a disruptive voice for change in society and an innovator of new ideas and methods of care delivery. There will be ample time to share new innovations in Catholic health care as well as explore new ways Catholic health care needs to disrupt and innovate as CHA creates its FY 2021-2023 Strategic Plan. The discussion will also include Catholic identity as something we all want to be proud of. Yet we spend much of our time defending our identity. How do we collaborate with our bishops in the healing ministry? How do we engage those who believe Catholic health care discriminates against certain groups because we follow the ERDs? These and other timely questions will be discussed by a panel comprised of a bishop, sponsor, CEO and executive mission leader.

Critical Conversations will begin Wednesday, Feb. 12 with breakfast and registration at 7:30 a.m. and will adjourn Thursday, Feb. 13 at 11:15 a.m. An optional welcome reception will be held Tuesday, Feb. 11 at 6 p.m.
