Preliminary System Test
We encourage you to take a brief system test prior to the webinar to confirm that the computer you will be using is compatible with the online presentation software. This will provide time for you to work with your IT staff in case there are any technical issues.
System Test Instructions:
To test your computer, go to
www.ec.commpartners.com. To take the browser test, click the "Support" tab at the top of the page. A box will open. Click the "Run Test" button on the right. If you do not pass the test, follow the prompts to install Adobe Flash. For additional assistance, contact technical support at
[email protected] or call (800) 274-9390.
You should see a green dot and a message that reads, "You have passed the system test!" For additional assistance, contact technical support at [email protected] or call (800) 274-9390.
Performing the system test will help ensure a smooth online event experience. In addition to taking the test above, please ensure your computer has the following:
- Internet Explorer 7.0 or later (recommended), Firefox, Safari or other major browser.
- Steady Internet connection, such as cable or DSL, 56K or above.
Day of the Webinar
You may log on to the webinar using the access information CHA distributes one week prior to the event.
NOTE: Participants may listen to the audio portion of this event via streaming audio (using your computer speakers) or via phone. CHA strongly recommends preparing to access this entirely online as a webinar so that you can most fully experience the presentation.
After the Webinar
Evaluation
The webinar evaluation will be sent to each site coordinator via email following the webinar. This email will include a link to the archive of the event.
Certificate of Attendance
CHA provides webinar participants with a Certificate of Attendance indicating program contact hours.
The Certificate of Attendance will be sent with the webinar evaluation to each site coordinator via email. The site coordinator may duplicate or forward the certificate to participants. The site coordinator or participant may enter the participant's name on the certificate.
Participants may submit the certificate to relevant organizations as evidence of attendance for CEUs and CMEs.
American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE) members may self-report qualifying CEUs using the contact hour information provided on their CHA Certificate of Attendance. To self-report, log in as a member on the ACHE site (www.ache.org); use the link on the left-hand side to self-report applicable contact hours for CEU credit.
Recording of the Event
This event will be posted free of charge for CHA members to view for up to one year.
