2017 Global Summit

Program/Site Accommodations

CHA's 2017 Global Summit will be held at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Washington D.C. — Crystal City, at 300 Army Navy Drive, Arlington, Virginia, 22202-2891. A block of guest rooms has been reserved at the special rate of $189. The sleep room rate includes complimentary guest room internet. Wi-Fi will also be available at no cost in the general session room.

To reserve your room at the special group rate, please contact the hotel directly at (800) 222-TREE (8733) or make your reservations online here. Please be sure to call to make your room reservation, and mention the "Global Summit Meeting," in order to receive our discounted rate.

Your reservation must be received by Sept. 5, 2017, to receive the discounted rate. Reservations may be made 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Be sure to mention the Global Summit Meeting when reserving your room. Check-in time is after 4 p.m. and checkout time is before 11 a.m. Cancellation of individual room reservations must be made 72 hours (three business days) prior to your scheduled day of arrival to avoid being charged for the first night stay.

Room reservations need to be made separately though the Doubletree. Registering for the program does not guarantee room availability.


Airport Transportation

The hotel offers complimentary DCA Airport shuttle and Crystal City-area shuttle.

Air Travel

For travel arrangements, please call CHA's travel provider, American Express, at (314) 253-3442, or email your request and identify yourself as a CHA Global Summit attendee. Attendees are responsible for airfare and penalties.


Cancellation Policy

To cancel your registration, contact the CHA Service Center at (800) 230-7823. To receive a full refund, you must cancel your registration no later than one week prior to start of the program — Sept. 20. No refunds will be given for cancellations received less than one week prior to the start of the program. There is no charge for sending a substitute.


Notices

During the meeting, you may be photographed, videotaped, and/or recorded by CHA staff or its designated contractor. By your attendance or participation at the meeting, you agree that CHA may photograph, copy, record, and/or distribute in any such form your participation and involvement in any meeting session, activity or event. No persons or organizations other than CHA may photograph, audiotape or videotape any portion of the meeting without prior written permission of CHA.

The right to change speakers or to modify program content is reserved by CHA.
