Welcome

Mission Leader Seminar 2023
Embracing the Future: Advancing Mission Leadership in a Changing Landscape

Nov. 7, 14, 21 & 28
1 to 2:30 p.m. ET

Mission Leaders hold a unique position in Catholic health care, making it essential to find opportunities to connect and share experiences and expertise. CHA is committed to being the go-to resource for mission leaders and as such, we're going virtual for our 2020 Mission Leader Seminar. Nov. 17-18 from 1 to 4:30 p.m. ET each day, we are working to bring you a program that will inspire, spiritually engage and meaningfully bridge the physical divide of our distanced reality.

The 2020 seminar is important as the second of a two-event approach to introduce the 2020 iteration of the Mission Leader Competency Model. Preceding the seminar is a webinar on Nov. 5 that will introduce the competencies —which have changed dramatically with the addition of tiers that create a path for development.

2020 CHA Mission Leader Competencies:
A Changing Model for an Evolving Role

Nov. 5, 2020 | 1:30 – 3:00 p.m. ET
Register today

While the webinar is the introduction and explanation, in the seminar the lived experience related to the competencies will be fleshed out in light of the signs of the times. Pandemic response, virtual care, health equity, social determinants of health, advocacy — mission leaders' skill set is essential on every leadership team as the health care ministry transforms.

Please register today for the Mission Leader Seminar. Your participation is needed to make this a vibrant community of mission leaders collectively focused on our current and future roles. We hope to see you there!

For additional information, please contact Dennis Gonzales, Ph.D., CHA senior director of mission innovation and integration.
