CHA's System Mission Leaders Forum will take place at the Hotel Albuquerque at Old Town, 800 Rio Grande Blvd. NW, Albuquerque, NM, 87104, (505) 814-6706.

A block of guest rooms has been reserved at the special rate of $125.00 for a single/double room. All hotel bookings are subject to taxes including the Albuquerque Lodger's Tax of 5% and the New Mexico Gross Receipts Tax of 8.125%. Please note: tax rates are subject to change. The rate includes complimentary guestroom internet, complementary parking and fitness center access. Check-in is after 3 p.m. and checkout is prior to noon. To reserve your room, please call (505) 814-6706. When calling please mention the Catholic Health Association to secure the special rate. The last day to make reservations and receive the group rate is Friday, Feb. 1, 2019.

Please note, reservation for your hotel needs to be made separately. Registration for the CHA program does not guarantee room availability.

This is an invitation-only event and is open only to CHA members. Member Registrants are persons employed by or serving in governance of a CHA-member organization and that organization is paying or reimbursing them for their registration fees.

Experience the beauty and charm of Old Town Albuquerque or other New Mexico cites! CHA has negotiated the room rate to be available three days prior to the meeting, Feb. 21 – 23, and three days after the meeting, Feb. 28 – March 2, based on availability. Please note that reservations must made before the room rate discount deadline of Feb. 1.

Airport Transportation

The Albuquerque International Sunport (ABQ) is just over 5 miles away from the Hotel Albuquerque. Due to traffic, please allow 20 minutes. The taxi fare is approximately $27 one way.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel your registration, contact the CHA Service Center at (800) 230-7823. To receive a full refund, you must cancel your registration no later than one week prior to start of the program — Feb. 18, 2019. No refunds will be given for cancellations received less than one week prior to the start of the program. As this is an invitational gathering, all substitutes will need to be approved. Please contact the Service Center to cancel or submit a substitute registrant in your place.

During this meeting, you may be photographed and/or recorded by the Catholic Health Association of the United States. By attendance or participation in discussion, an individual agrees that CHA may photograph, copy, record and/or distribute your participation and involvement in any program discussion. No persons or organizations other than CHA may audiotape any portion of this program without prior written permission of CHA.

CHA reserves the right to change speakers or modify program content.

CHA shall have the right at its sole discretion to decline registration. If registration is declined, CHA will refund the fees paid.
