System Mission Leadership Forum
Identity as Strategy: Leading with Mission

Feb. 25 – 27, 2019
Hotel Albuquerque at Old Town
Albuquerque, New Mexico

Hotel Albuquerque

As health care continues to evolve in delivery models and partnerships, mission leaders will need to balance tradition with transformation. Understanding culture, what impacts it and how to shape it during times of rapid change are skills mission leaders need to have. Going forward, the skills our peers in organizational development and change management possess will be useful for mission leaders to acquire. The 2019 System Mission Leader Forum will focus on how to bring mission integration and formation into dialogue with human resources, organizational and talent development.

The forum will combine provocative presentations with ample time for system mission and formation leaders to dialogue with colleagues from human resources and organizational development. To ensure meaningful conversation, we ask system mission leaders attend this event with their system's top human resource and/or organization development executive — who also has received this invitation.
