Program/Site Accommodations
CHA's Sponsorship Institute will be held at the Hotel Albuquerque at Old Town, 800 Rio Grande Boulevard Northwest, Albuquerque, NM, 87104-2035. A block of guest rooms has been reserved at the special rate of $125 for a single/double room, which includes complimentary guest room Wi-Fi. To reserve your room at the special group rate, please contact the hotel directly at (505) 843-6300 and mention our group code 1902CHA (CHA Sponsorship Institute).
Please be sure to call to make your room reservation, and mention CHA, to receive our discounted rate.
Please note, your reservation must be received at the hotel by Jan. 14, 2019 to receive the discounted rate. Check-in time is after 3 p.m. and checkout time is before noon. Cancellation of individual room reservations must be made 72 hours (three business days) prior to your scheduled day of arrival to avoid being charged for the first night stay.
Room reservations need to be made separately though the Hotel Albuquerque at Old Town. Registering for the Sponsorship Institute program does not guarantee room availability.
Airport Transportation
The Albuquerque International Sunport (ABQ) is just over five miles away from the Hotel Albuquerque. Due to traffic please allow 20 minutes. Taxi fare is approximately $27 one way.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel your registration, contact the CHA Service Center at [email protected] or (800) 230-7823. To receive a full refund, you must cancel your registration no later than one week prior to start of the program — Jan. 29, 2019. No refunds will be given for cancellations received less than one week prior to the start of the program. There is no charge for sending a substitute, but the substitute will have to be approved.
Notices
During the meeting, you may be photographed, videotaped, and/or recorded by CHA staff or its designated contractor. By your attendance or participation at the meeting, you agree that CHA may photograph, copy, record, and/or distribute in any such form your participation and involvement in any meeting session, activity or event. No persons or organizations other than CHA may photograph, audiotape or videotape any portion of the meeting without prior written permission of CHA.
The right to change speakers or to modify program content is reserved by CHA.
CHA reserves the right to decline registrations and refund fees.
